The Transfer of Office of the Secretary General of AIPA took place at the 46ᵗʰ AIPA General Assembly, marked by the signing of the instrument of transfer from H.E. Ar. Siti Rozaimeriyanty Dato Haji Abdul Rahman, the 6ᵗʰ Secretary General of AIPA, to H.E. Dr. Chem Widhya, the 7ᵗʰ Secretary General of AIPA. The ceremony continued with remarks from the outgoing Secretary General and the inaugural address of the incoming Secretary General, symbolising continuity and renewed commitment to advancing AIPA’s mission of strengthening parliamentary cooperation across ASEAN and beyond.
