Intern Vacancy
The AIPA Secretariat Attachment Program is an internship opportunity for final-year students or fresh graduates across the ASEAN region and beyond. This program is designed to give practical experience and first-hand impression of the day-to-day working environment on a wide range of AIPA activities.
The AIPA Secretariat offers an attachment program in various areas and working units, including the Directorate of Committees, Directorate of Stakeholders’ Engagement and Resource Mobilization, Directorate of Finance and Administration, as well as Directorate of Information & Communication Technology.
As part of the team, interns will be allowed to attend the AIPA meetings, participate in workshops and seminars, and contribute to the analytical and administrative work of the AIPA Secretariat. Interns will also receive monthly remuneration and a certificate of completion at the end of the attachment program.
This batch’s attachment program will provide placement opportunities:
- Multimedia Intern under the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
The Multimedia Intern will work on-site at the AIPA Secretariat Office in Jakarta from 22 January – 2 April 2025 (4 months internship period). He/She will assist and support the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
This position offers potential employment opportunities at the AIPA Secretariat.
Qualifications and Requirements for Multimedia Attachment Officer Under the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
General Qualification and Requirement

- Proficient in operating systems such as Windows (Microsoft) and Macintosh (Apple);
- Familiar with office productivity suites like Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace.
Specific Qualification and Requirement
- Educational Background: Final-year student or recent graduate in Media, Communication, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or related fields.
- Graphic Design and Video Editing:

- Experience with design graphic tools such as: Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva and Capcut.
- Proficient in video editing tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and CapCut, to produce high-quality, engaging content.
- Knowledge of audio editing.
- Camera Proficiency:
- Experience in operating DSLR & mirrorless.
- Familiarity with lighting equipment and techniques for different environments.
- Creative Vision:
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
- Keen eye for detail, color grading, and composition.
- Portfolio:
- Must provide a demo reel or portfolio showcasing previous video production and editing Art-work.
