The Dialogue between AIPA Member Parliaments and fourteen (14) AIPA Observer Parliaments — Timor-Leste, Australia, Azerbaijan, Canada, China, the European Parliament, Georgia, India, Japan, Morocco, Norway, Russia, Türkiye, and Ukraine — was convened on 19 September 2025. Held under the theme “ASEAN Centrality: Catalysing an Inclusive Regional Architecture for a Sustainable Future,” the Dialogue featured substantive exchanges on economic cooperation, renewable energy, digital transformation, green technology, and sustainable trade, reaffirming a shared commitment to ASEAN Centrality and adherence to international law.
