The 2nd Tripartite Forum will be jointly organised by the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA), the Parliament of Malaysia, and the Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA) under the theme “Bridging the Gap: Ensuring Affordability, Reliability, and Sustainability in Renewable Energy”, taking place on 1 November 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

This Forum underscores the importance of synergy among parliamentarians, policymakers, and the private sector across ASEAN, and will explore key themes including energy security, financing mechanisms and investment barriers, technological advancement, and pathways toward achieving ASEAN’s net-zero emission goals.
