The year 2023 marks the AIPA Presidency of the National Assembly of Lao PDR! The handover of the AIPA Presidency took place during the 44th AIPA General Assembly in August this year, from the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia, H.E. Dr. (H.C.) Puan Maharani, S.Sos to the President of the National Assembly of Lao People’s Democratic Republic, H.E. Xaysomphone Phomvihane.
