The Deputy Secretary General of AIPA had the honor of attending the International Parliamentary Conference held in Baku, Azerbaijan, on 29 October 2025, which marked the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The conference also featured a wreath-laying ceremony at the grave of National Leader Heydar Aliyev and the “Eternal Flame” Memorial Complex, symbolizing respect for Azerbaijan’s historical journey and leadership.
