Over 500 delegates from National Parliaments, ASEAN and AIPA Secretariats, AIPA Development Partners have gathered in Vientiane, Lao PDR, for the 45th AIPA General Assembly. Commenced by the Opening Ceremony, H.E. Mr. Xaysomphone Phomvihane, President of AIPA and by H.E. Thongloun Sisoulith, President of Lao People’s Democratic Republic delivered their speeches and officially opened the 45th AIPA General Assembly.
