Chaired by H.E. Mr. Xaysomphone Phomvihane, the President of AIPA, the first plenary session discussed and adopted the agendas and other documents related to the 45th General Assembly. The AIPA Member Parliaments, Observer Parliaments, and Guests of the Host were also invited to deliver their statement at the first plenary.
