On 9 June 2026, H.E. Dr. Chem Widhya, Secretary-General of AIPA, paid a courtesy call on H.E. To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam and President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, in Hanoi, Viet Nam.
The courtesy call was held at the Presidential Palace of Viet Nam and brought together distinguished panellists and scholars participating in the ASEAN Future Forum 2026. The occasion underscored the importance of dialogue in addressing regional priorities and advancing ASEAN’s shared aspirations for peace, resilience, and prosperity.
