On 25 November 2025, AIPA ConNEXT made its inaugural debut as AIPA’s newest flagship programme, designed to foster intergenerational dialogue and leadership development. Convened on the sidelines of the WAIPA Townhall, the programme brought together 5 mentors, including women parliamentarians, ambassadors, and representatives of international organizations, to engage with young aspiring women leaders in Indonesia.

Over 35 mentees actively participated in an interactive speed-mentoring session, exchanging ideas, asking questions, and learning from the experiences of the mentors. Through these meaningful interactions, the initiative sought to cultivate an enabling ecosystem where young people are empowered to learn, lead, and contribute to political and public life, reinforcing AIPA’s broader commitment to building an inclusive and future-ready region.
