On 1 April 2026, H.E. Dr. Chem Widhya, Secretary-General of AIPA, attended a Reception hosted by H.E. Mr. Evgeny Zagaynov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to ASEAN, on the occasion of the 24th Meeting of the ASEAN–Russia Joint Cooperation Committee.

The reception provided an opportunity to engage with diplomatic community and exchange views on strengthening cooperation between ASEAN and the Russian Federation.
