AIPA and the Legislative Council of Brunei Darussalam, in collaboration with FAO, IISD, and the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism, successfully hosted the National Parliamentary Dialogue on the ASEAN Guidelines on Promoting Responsible Investment in Food, Agriculture, and Forestry (ASEAN RAI) on 19 June 2025 in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam. 🌾🌿 Held in conjunction with Brunei MYCE 2025, the dialogue brought together representatives from parliament, government agencies, agribusinesses, and academia to strengthen cross-sectoral collaboration and raise awareness of the importance of responsible investment in the Food, Agriculture, and Forestry sectors. The discussion highlighted its relevance to the ASEAN region and its significance for Brunei Darussalam. This initiative supports the ASEAN RAI Parliamentary Implementation Framework (2024–2030).
