Despite committed efforts toward a Drug-Free ASEAN, the region continues to face growing and complex drug issues — calling for fresh thinking and stronger collaboration.
Recognising the vital role of parliaments in tackling drug issues, the Parliament of Malaysia will host the 8th Meeting of the AIPA Advisory Council on Dangerous Drugs (AIPACODD) from 9–12 June 2025 in Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia.
Held under the theme “Uniting Parliaments for an Inclusive and Sustainable ASEAN in Addressing Contemporary Drug Issues,” AIPACODD serves as a key platform to harmonise parliamentary responses while respecting national sovereignty.
