As a part of the preparation for the 14th ASEAN-AIPA Leaders’ Interface at the 46th ASEAN Summit, the Preparatory Meeting of the 14th ASEAN-AIPA Leaders’ Interface was convened on Sunday, 25 May 2025, chaired by H.E. Tan Sri Dato’ (Dr.) Johari bin Abdul, President of AIPA and Speaker of the House of Representatives. Held as a crucial step ahead of the Leaders’ Interface, the meeting underscored the significance of parliamentary dialogue and consensus-building. This important parliamentary meeting brought together Heads of Delegations to discuss the draft AIPA Message and align AIPA’s parliamentary priorities with ASEAN’s regional vision.
