On 20 August 2026, H.E. Dr. Chem Widhya, Secretary-General of AIPA, met with delegations from AIPA Member Parliaments and participating delegations attending the 2026 Seminar for Parliamentarians of ASEAN Countries in Beijing, China. As part of the seminar, delegates had the opportunity to visit the Palace Museum and the Museum of the Communist Party of China in Beijing, gaining insights into China’s rich cultural heritage and historical development.
