The ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA), the ASEAN Business Advisory Council of Brunei, and the APEC Business Advisory Council of Brunei, supported by the Legislative Council Brunei and ERIA, hosted the first-ever Tripartite Forum on June 10, 2024, in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.
The Tripartite Forum brought together over 400 business leaders, parliamentarians, and government officials from across ASEAN to discuss issues under the theme ‘Building a Vibrant Digital Economy in ASEAN: Strategies for Cyber Resilience and Shared Prosperity’. The one-day forum highlighted the importance of collaboration between the three key stakeholders to enhance digital connectivity, facilitating cross-border trade and innovation in various sectors to fostering economic growth and enabling ASEAN to harness the full potential of digital transformation.
