On 18 July 2023, the Representative of Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD) Indonesia, Mr. Agus Wijayanto, paid a courtesy visit to the Secretary-General of AIPA at the AIPA Secretariat. The purpose of the courtesy meeting is to explore further collaboration and cooperation between AIPA and the WFD on the enhancement of women’s political participation and climate change issues through the increasing role of parliamentarians in the ASEAN region.
