The Closing Ceremony of the 45th AIPA General Assembly commenced with the conferment of the AIPA Distinguished Service Award to H.E. Pehin Orang Kaya Pekerma Jaya Dato Paduka Awang Haji Judin bin Haji Asar, Hon. Hou Sry, Hon. Prof. Kanchanaratt Leevirojana At the ceremony, the incoming 46th President of AIPA, H.E. Tan Sri Dato’ (Dr.) Johari Bin Abdul delivered an acceptance speech, followed by the closing remarks from H.E. Xaysomphone Phomvihane, the outgoing 45th AIPA President.
