AIPA proudly announces the first Consultative Meeting of Young Parliamentarians of ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (YPA), scheduled for August 5, 2024. This significant virtual gathering aims to empower youth voices in shaping ASEAN’s future.
Under the theme “Empowering Youth in Building a Secure, Resilient, and Inclusive ASEAN Community,” the YPA meeting will prepare the agenda for the YPA Standing Committee at the 45th AIPA General Assembly. It seeks to foster dialogue, share best practices, and address critical youth-related issues, including economic disparities, environmental sustainability, and digital innovation.
