On 24 September 2026, H.E. Dr. Chem Widhya, Secretary-General of AIPA, concluded his high-level working visit in Algeria with visits to CEM Pasteur (Middle School) and Lycée Descartes (High School) in Algiers. The visits provided an opportunity to engage with students and gain further insights into the current educational environment in Algeria.

H.E. Dr. Chem Widhya was on a high-level visit to Algeria, at the invitation of the People’s National Assembly of Algeria, from 20 to 24 September 2026.
