On 15–16 September 2026, H.E. Dr. Chem Widhya, Secretary-General of AIPA, visited Strasbourg, France, where he attended the European Parliament’s Annual State of the Union Address and held meetings with European Parliament officials and Members of the European Parliament to exchange views and strengthen parliamentary cooperation and relations between ASEAN and the European Union.

The visit to Strasbourg is part of H.E. Dr. Chem Widhya’s high-level visit to Europe, at the invitation of the European Parliament, from 13 to 18 September 2026.
