The AIPA Secretary General had a bilateral meeting with the Vice-President of the National Assembly of Lao PDR, H.E. Sounthone Xayachack on 12 July 2023.
Following up on the last bilateral meeting in May 2023 on the sideline of ASEAN-AIPA Leaders’ Interface in Labuan Bajo, H.E. Sounthone Xayachack updated the AIPA Secretariat on the formation of special task force to support the National Assembly of the Lao PDR in preparing them to receive the handover of the next Presidency of AIPA.
