At the invitation of the European Parliament, H.E. Dr. Chem Widhya, Secretary-General of AIPA, is on a high-level visit to Europe from 13 to 18 September 2026.

Upon his arrival in Brussels, Kingdom of Belgium, on 13 September 2026, H.E. Mrs. Kimsour Sovannary, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the European Union, Belgium, Austria and Benelux, warmly welcomed H.E. Dr. Chem Widhya, Secretary-General of AIPA, and the AIPA Secretariat delegation at the train station and hosted a lunch for the delegation.
