Upon the invitation from Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Hon. Konstantin Kosachev, AIPA Secretary General addressed the 10th Nevsky International Ecological Congress through a video message. In her message, she emphasized that parliaments have a crucial role to take every action and responsible to ensure the preservation, conservation, and sustainable use of our planet’s natural resources.
