On 8 August 2025, the AIPA Secretariat proudly joined the celebration of the 58th ASEAN Day by setting up an interactive AIPA booth at the ASEAN Headquarters in Jakarta, Indonesia. The celebration featured various activities, including an opening ceremony and a booth exhibition that welcomed VIPs, partners, stakeholders, and members of the public. H.E. Sugiono, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia, and H.E. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, Secretary General of ASEAN, also had the opportunity to visit the AIPA booth, along with other distinguished guests. The AIPA booth served as a valuable platform for the AIPA Secretariat to engage directly with attendees, showcasing the vital role of the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA) in advancing regional cooperation and strengthening parliamentary diplomacy.
