On 26 August 2026, H.E. Dr. Chem Widhya, Secretary-General of AIPA, attended a welcome dinner hosted by H.E. OUCH Borith, First Vice President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, on the occasion of the 2nd Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC-2), in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.

The welcome dinner brought together participants and delegates of the ISC-2, providing an opportunity to strengthen connections, and further promote parliamentary cooperation and dialogue among participating delegations.
