From 24–27 August 2026, AIPA, in collaboration with the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia and with the support of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), convened the Parliamentary Multi-Stakeholder Dialogue on Responsible Investment for Food and Climate Security in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The Dialogue brought together parliamentarians from AIPA Member Parliaments and relevant stakeholders to exchange perspectives on responsible investment for food and climate security. The exchange highlighted the importance of resilient agricultural systems in ensuring sustainable food systems, protecting rural livelihoods, and supporting long-term economic and social development across the region. Discussions also explored practical approaches to implement the ASEAN RAI Guidelines and the ASEAN RAI Parliamentary Implementation Framework 2024–2030, while strengthening parliamentary engagement and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
