The Study Committee on the Transformation of the AIPA Advisory Council on Dangerous Drugs (AIPACODD) for Enhanced Cooperation on Transnational Crime was successfully convened on 28–29 January 2026 at the ASEAN Headquarters in Jakarta, Indonesia.

On the second day of the meeting, AIPA Member Parliaments shared their reflections on the proposed transformation of AIPACODD, underscoring its urgency, coherence with regional priorities, and long-term relevance in addressing evolving transnational crime challenges.
