The 2nd AIPA ConNEXT builds on AIPA’s commitment to fostering intergenerational dialogue and leadership development across ASEAN. Convened on the sidelines of the 10th ASEAN Entities Forum, this edition adopts the theme “Navigating Our Future Together: Empowering the Next Generation of ASEAN Leaders” and serves as a strategic platform to foster meaningful engagement between ASEAN’s current and future leaders, while introducing youth to the broader ASEAN ecosystem.
Designed as an interactive mentoring platform, it enables direct engagement with key actors from across the region, offering insights into leadership, public service, and professional pathways within ASEAN. It further creates space for dialogue, reflection, and cross-generational exchange to encourage greater youth participation in regional and international affairs, while strengthening their sense of agency and contribution to ASEAN Community-building.
