On 28 August 2026, H.E. Dr. Chem Widhya, Secretary-General of AIPA, paid a courtesy call on Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN MANET, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, on the occasion of the 2nd Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC-2), in Peace Palace, Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.

The courtesy call provided an opportunity to reaffirm the importance of parliamentary dialogue and cooperation in advancing the objectives of the ISC-2 and promoting solidarity, peace, and shared prosperity.
