On 27 August 2026, H.E. Dr. Chem Widhya, Secretary-General of AIPA, together with the Heads of Delegation participating in the 2nd Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC-2), paid a courtesy call on Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.

The courtesy call provided an opportunity for participating parliamentary leaders and heads of inter-parliamentary organisations to exchange views and strengthen cooperation in the context of ISC-2, particularly in advancing parliamentary dialogue and collaboration.
