The Closing Ceremony of the 44th AIPA General Assembly commenced with the conferment of the AIPA Distinguished Service Award to Hon. Dr. Teo Ho Pin of Singapore. At the ceremony, the incoming 45th President of AIPA, H.E. Xaysomphone Phomvihane delivered acceptance speech, followed by the closing remarks from the outgoing 44th AIPA President.
