Dy III, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Republic of the Philippines, facilitated by Hon. Maria Rachel J. Arenas, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Republic of the Philippines and Senior Vice-Chair for ASEAN Affairs, in Manila, Philippines.

During the Courtesy Call, H.E. Dr. Chem Widhya conveyed his warmest wishes to H.E. Faustino “Bojie” D.G. Dy III on the occasion of his birthday, which was celebrated on 1 September 2026.
