On 27 August 2026, H.E. Dr. Chem Widhya, Secretary-General of AIPA, attended a Gala Dinner hosted by Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, on the occasion of the 2nd Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC-2), in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.

The Gala Dinner brought together participants and delegates of the ISC-2, providing an opportunity to strengthen connections among parliamentary leaders and participating delegations in the spirit of parliamentary dialogue and cooperation.
