Under the AIPA Presidency of the House of Representatives of the Republic of the Philippines, the 9th Meeting of the AIPA Advisory Council on Dangerous Drugs (AIPACODD) was held via videoconference on 24 June 2026, under the theme “Strengthening ASEAN Parliamentary Cooperation to Respond to the Convergence of Drug Trafficking and Related Crimes.”

The Meeting brought together representatives from AIPA Member Parliaments to exchange views on emerging drug-related challenges and their links to transnational crimes. Discussions highlighted the importance of strengthened parliamentary cooperation, policy coordination, and collective action in addressing evolving threats to the region.
